Susan Estrich, join my list (of ass-clowns). As if I needed convincing that you were an ass-clown (your face on FoxNews.com should have been enough), I read your letters to Michael Kinsey of the L.A. Times.

He was too nice to you - he has been more than patient with you. I, however, don't work for a newspaper, so I'm not bound by that pressure to be nice.

So, without further ado, you're an ass-clown. Welcome to the list. Why am I including you with the other leftist ass-wads? Because of several reasons.

First, your voice sucks. I hate hearing it. It sounds like some yenta from New York (not Southern California, as you love to boast) who drinks 8 cups of coffee a day to chase down 3 packs of Marlboros. How they ever put you on television amazes me. Your face is made for radio.

Now that I've attacked you personally, your views are so extreme and mis-informed that I wonder why anyone listens to you. I can see that your personal bias precludes you from ever looking at an issue with openness. I can pick any issue, and I'll know where you stand on it before you open that caustic pie-hole of yours. The reason why no one wants to publish your drivel is that everyone already knows what you have to say. Kerry is good, Bush is bad. We've heard that arguments, and we've refuted it as a country. You lost. Get over it.

I have taken the time to read your exchange between Michael Kinsey and yourself. Here's my take on the matter:

  1. You threatened him (blackmail) unless he printed your rubbish, wrongly believing that you have some "right" to be published. You do, if you own your own paper. He's the editor, you're not. Buy your own paper if you want to publish Liberal crap. Or go work for the N.Y. Times - they love that tilt there. The blackmail part REALLY backfired. Good work, ass-dart.
  2. You threatened him a second time, this time threatening his health. So, now, if anything should happen to his health, you're the prime suspect. Another bit of shooting yourself in the foot.
  3. You found 50 women who agree with you in a city of 12,000,000 people - who the FUCK cares what you think?
  4. You threatened him with a website. Ooooo, I'm sure he's shaking in his boots now. By the way, your website (as of the time of this writing) isn't even working. If you're going to threaten someone, at least pull it off. After all, I've added you to my ass-clown list.
  5. If you have another channel for your hate-mail opinion column, why didn't you use it? After all, if anyone else gave a crap, it would be news.
  6. Here's a news flash for you: the number of women/minorities/etc. in a position do not, in and of themself, indicate bias. They indicate nothing, actually. After all, it was White Men who gave minorities the Right to vote, and Men who gave women the Right to vote. Also, if it wasn't for many wealthy men, women wouldn't have as many of places to work. Don't bite the hand that feeds you, you ass stain. Isn't the President of USC a man? And only 3 out of 14 "Senior Administration" officials at USC are women. Why aren't you attacking your own school as biased? Or do you like your job? From what I've heard from you, I doubt you can impart much in the way of wisdom in the classroom anyway. And if I had to listen to that voice every week, I'd demand hazard pay.

Ok, now that I've covered that, on to more subjects:

Georgia has a bill in the Legislature to add children's health statistics (weight, body fat index, etc.) to report cards. This is a VERY bad idea. Here's a few reasons why:

  1. It's none of the school's business what a student's weight is.
  2. Medical information is private.
  3. There's Federal law that prohibits the release of health information to a third party, called HIPAA.
  4. If the people in Georgia are stupid enough to let this law happens, future trends will include these statistics into REAL grades.
  5. Teachers will ask for more money for treating "disabled" (read: fat) students.

Think I'm kidding? Look at other abuses by legislatures. Teachers press for students to be labeled "ADD", then they demanded more money from the Federal Government (read: your tax dollars) for teaching "disabled" students. This is just another grab for your cash.

Do you want your child to be labeled "fat" by his or her teachers? Isn't it enough to have other students doing it?

Do you really want the Government (since schools are an extension and/or agent for them) to have that information to use or misuse about your child? After all, if they can publish a list of people who owe taxes, why not publish a list of people who've eaten too much? How would you like to be on a "fat list"?

See what else I have to say Previous day's rant
