Who is Jeremy? He is the knucklehead who hacked the Protest Warrior website, and threatened to use the credit card information that he stole to charge hundreds of dollars per patron to leftists websites. He also threatened to post the information publicly, so that others could use the information for other illicit purposes.

So, what has happened to Jeremy? Well, the FBI knew that he was hacking the site, and they have been monitoring his activities. Good. They have taken everything electronic from his residence, and documentation.

Is this an infringement on his Rights? No. This is the result of what happens when you break the law and get caught. He will undoubtably face months, if not years, of legal hassles, and unless he is smart and admits his crime and does his time, he will face a criminal trial that will no doubt leave him with a permanent felony stain upon his record.

Why did this fool commit this crime? Only Jeremy knows for sure. But his well-documented anarchist and leftist activism leads one to believe that his hatred and intollerance of others' opinions have resulted in him doing something stupid and misguided, in an attempt to show his partisan colors.

I find it interesting when people who can't win an argument turn to crime to try to exact revenge. I guess Jeremy just didn't have a good enough trust in his beliefs that his value structure was sound. That's the only reason why someone should turn to crime to harm a political opponent. Whether it be breaking in to your opponent's headquarters, or hacking a site, the result is the same. And if the President can't do it, some schmuck from Illinois can't.

It's interesting that Jeremy's site accuses the "right-wing" contingent of stifling free speech, while Protest Warrior stages Constitutionally-protected protests which are normally infringed by hate-filled, partisan goons.

The media loves to portray the right as stifling free speech, but it's normally union goons or anarchists/socialists/leftists who do the stifling.

While extremism on either side has no place in politics, methinks this dolt doth protest too much!
